We love all of our clients at Collab Skin & Beauty, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Beauty Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. Cancellation Policy
Life can be challenging at times and we understand that unexpected things happen however, we are a small business that relies on having our clients turn up to their booked appointment, (we rely on little to no walk ins), not only so that we can pay our staff, but also so we can pay to keep the electricity on and the doors open.

When you don’t attend your appointment or don’t give us enough notice that you can’t attend, that also means that we have turned away other clients because that time was allocated to you specifically for that service, which is not fair on us, or other clients.

So to protect our clients appointments and to protect our business from loss of trading we have adopted the following salon policy.

We greatly appreciate your support of our business and we will endeavour to provide the utmost professional service to you at every appointment.
​
To secure your appointment for any treatment booking total of $50 ore more, we request you pay a 50% booking fee at the time of booking. Please note, online bookings are not confirmed until the booking fee has been made and are still available to be booked by other clients.

If you can’t make your appointment, we will be happy to refund or transfer this to your new re-scheduled appointment – provided 24 hours notice is given.
​
If you fail to notify us within 24 hours of this appointment, the 50% is non-refundable.
​
Booked services cannot be cancelled or amended on arrival of appointment. This also applies to your appointment if you are late. We will endeavour to give you the best possible treatment in the time allocated, however, you will forfeit your deposit if you are late and we are unable to fit you in, especially during peak times like Christmas.

All clients will be sent a confirmation SMS 24 hours prior to their appointment giving you the option to confirm, cancel or reschedule.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Collab Skin & Beauty has a strict ‘no refund’ policy on all purchases, including all prepaid programs (whether these programs are paid in full or not) for change of mind reasons, in the event that your circumstances change, or in the event that you choose to discontinue treatments. If you are experiencing an issue with your recently performed service, please reach out soon as possible.

Prepaid programs of 6 treatments will expire and will automatically be cancelled after 1 year from the initial date of purchase while prepaid programs of 10 will expire and be cancelled after 2 years. No refunds or exchanges will be given.

All treatments and services are not transferable to other treatments or persons.
